My purpose and passion is to motivate and encourage my clients to become the person they want to be and to live the life they deserve with passion and enthusiasm.
I am also a certified Happiness Habit trainer, which is the foundation level of the Diploma in Life and Business Coaching and NLP with the International Association of Mind Coaches.
With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.

I have always found fascinating how our minds work and how we think and how that affects our behaviour. I have read piles of books and attended lots of courses and seminars and I have to say that was a journey of discovery, very powerful and rewarding, and I still continue learning new skills and tools to use for myself and my clients.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership. A coach works with you, to help you gain clarity, to define your goals and priorities. A coach helps you to achieve your objectives, surpassing your limitations and enhancing your strengths. Throughout the process of coaching, the coach helps you to identify your current situation and where you want to go and together establish goals and reflect on the most appropriate plan of action to achieve them. During the coaching sessions, the coach listens and observes the client and through their questions, makes them think about their actions, thoughts and opinions. Coaching generates a transformational learning because it has the ability to produce profound changes in the people very effectively and in a relatively simple way.

What is NLP?

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of how we think, how we communicate and how we behave.
NLP is an attitude and technology which is full of educational tools that allow you take control of the way you think, feel and communicate. It represents a large body of knowledge and insights into the fields of peak performance, personal enhancement and human communication and is drawn from largely by coaches, therapists, consultants and counselors alike.
Richard Bandler and John Grindler (co-creators of NLP) wondered why some therapists were having great success.  They studied the more successful therapists (Virginia Sartir, Milton Erickson,..) and found that their language patterns were very different from other therapists.
